Refund & Cancellation Policy

Founding deposit

The $100 founding deposit secures your spot among our first 5 founding clients and is applied to your project total. The deposit is non-refundable, except where required by law or if Cobalt Studio cancels or declines your project before work begins.

Project payments

Milestone payments cover work performed up to that milestone and are non-refundable once the milestone is delivered. If you cancel mid-project, you are billed for work completed up to cancellation; any payments beyond completed work are credited toward deliverables you can take with you.

Care plans

Care plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Partial months are not refunded, but service continues through the paid period.

Delivery issues

If you believe work was not delivered as agreed, contact support@cobaltpr.studio within 7 days and we will work to resolve it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback; we will make every effort to resolve disputes directly.
