By using cobaltpr.studio or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Cobalt Studio provides web design, Shopify/e-commerce setup, automation, SEO & content, and monthly care plans. The scope of each project is defined in your individual proposal/quote.

Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide; final pricing is confirmed in your proposal.

Founding offer

For our first 5 founding clients: 20% off the project price plus a 30-day care plan included. A $100 deposit secures your founding spot and is applied to your project total. The deposit is non-refundable, except where required by law or if Cobalt Studio cancels or declines your project before work begins.

Payment

The $100 deposit is due to start. Remaining fees are billed per the milestones in your proposal, with the balance due before final handoff. Care plans are billed monthly in advance.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, access, and timely feedback. Delays in providing these may shift timelines.

Revisions

Each project includes the revision rounds stated in your proposal. Additional revisions are billed separately.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final delivered work for your project. Cobalt Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing. Pre-existing tools, templates, and code we built remain our IP, licensed to you for use on your project.

Warranties

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business results (traffic, sales, rankings), as these depend on factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Third-party services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, Shopify, Perplexity). Their terms apply; we are not responsible for their outages or changes.

Term & termination

Either party may terminate per the cancellation terms in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Upon termination for completed work, you receive deliverables up to the paid milestone.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Disputes will be brought in courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
