- WhatsApp: your phone number and any message you send when you use our WhatsApp button.
- Payments: billing name and email. Payment card data is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
- AI search: the questions you type into our on-site “Ask anything” answer box are sent to our AI provider to generate a response.
- Automatic data: if tracking is enabled, we may collect cookies, IP address, and device/browser info via analytics and advertising tools.
How we use it
- To respond to quote requests and deliver services.

- To send the answer you requested from the AI box.
- To improve the site, measure performance, and (with your consent where required) send marketing.

Who we share with (our processors)
Stripe (payments), Formsubmit (contact-form delivery), Vercel (website hosting), Microsoft/Outlook (email), Perplexity (AI answers), Meta/WhatsApp (WhatsApp chat and, if enabled, ads), and, if enabled, Google (analytics). Each processes data under their own terms to provide their service.
Cookies & tracking
We use minimal cookies. Essential cookies make the site work. If we enable analytics or advertising pixels, those are non-essential and you can opt out via your browser settings. Where required by law, we will request consent before setting non-essential cookies.

Answers from the “Ask anything” box are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. They are general information, not professional advice.
Data retention
We keep lead and project data for as long as needed to deliver services and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete or anonymize it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and opt out of marketing and the “sale/sharing” of your data (as those terms are used under applicable U.S. state law). To exercise any right, email support@cobaltpr.studio.
